Australian sensation Gotye will release his hugely popular album Making Mirrors for the first time domestically on Jan 31. He got a lot of attention for the earworm lead single “Somebody That I Used to Know,” but the record is solid from stem to stern. It runs from songs that sound like Elton John produced by Motown (“I Feel Better”) to reggae-inspired electronica (“State of the Art”) and riff-rock tracks (“Easy Way Out”).
